There is no trick to the US market, only a sequence. Most Taiwanese teams stall not because they are working too little, but because they are doing step six first. Our job is to put the sequence in order, and then let you walk it yourself.

First, identify your actual stage
Not everyone should apply, job-search, or enter a market right now. A first conversation may end with one prerequisite to complete first. That judgment is free.

A decision order, not a checklist
School lists, resumes, interviews, incorporation: every path has prerequisites. Anyone can find a checklist; the work is deciding which step belongs now.

You do the work
We do not execute on your behalf. You write the documents, submit the applications, and run the interviews. The understanding those actions create has to stay with you.

We own the process, not the outcome
We are accountable for method, judgment, and review cadence. Admission, offers, visas, fundraising, and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
